Step up for MS in Perth

The CLEO Bachelor month is over and its time to focus on what I do, Tower Climbing! It is 1 week out from my first tower climb for the year, Perth’s tallest building, Central Park, 53 flights, 1,096 stairs to the top. I am taking part in the 2012 Step Up for MS in order to raise funds for Western Australians living with multiple sclerosis (MS). MS is the most common disease of the central nervous system and affects more than 18,000 Australians. Did you know? * The average age...

      Fins – Double Amputee Flippers

{EAV:45b8d9aa56587669} Like always, I have these moments where I like to invent things. Since parts of me are missing I like replacing them with technology. My designs are never fancy they are just functional, point A to point B of solutions. Previously you had seen my stompers my gloves and now I would like to showcase my flippers. I took a pair of ordinary flippers standard, rubber, yellow. Cut the heel out of the smoothened out the edges and attached two simple velcro straps, one fastened at the very edge...

      Throwing myself off a bridge‏

I am standing close to the edge, hot blood rushing through my entire body, I look down and I see an icy cold river. The people behind me with wild wide open eyes urge me off the bridge. As our thoughts line up I hear the countdown 3, 2, 1. I run to the edge and over… for a moment there is flight, then weightlessness, and as I see the river rushing towards me I feel the fear, but is it too late I am falling and there is nothing...

      Plans versus Resolutions

Oh, the familiar scent of New Year’s is fading and most people probably have quit on those grand resolutions, quit smoking, lose weight, get the girl, world domination. I stopped doing that, I’ve stopped setting resolutions. I now make plans. Definition of  New year’s resolution Urban dictionary defines New Year’s resolution as follows: An assessment of, and often delusional attempt to correct one’s shortcomings. Typically made on a day that is arbitrary except that it begins a new year on the standard Gregorian Calendar. Given the arbitrary nature...

      It’s A Bird… It’s A Plane… No it’s only Dwayne!

I am a comic book fan/geek! I enjoy superhero movies, I’m partial to Ironman, because I am like him… You know what I mean? Me being a billionaire playboy, handsome, successful, restless genius and knowing how to charm the ladies. No? Ok chances are I am more like Blankman! However he does have a sweet Blankcycle! I am getting off topic again! I have been thinking that if I was a superhero what would my symbol be? What would they shine in the sky to get my attention? What would...

I like going fast!! I am a 26 years old male and have an excellent driving record and lead foot (well titanium) if I did not drive well I would not speed. (I am well aware how much of an idiot this makes me) Let me tell you all a story, I was making my way home from a friend’s place at 2 am cruising at a lazy 121km/h on a dark 100km motorway. I noticed a car facing the opposite direction on the side of the road. At that...

      Return to Hong Kong

I’m back! As I got out of the town car that drove me to the Central Plaza Building the numbers repeated in my head, 11, 23, 36, 57, 72. 8:30am that morning I had gone down to the buffet in the hotel and collected a total of 5 bananas and a glass of orange juice, I sat and ate 3 of them and the numbers repeated in my head, 11, 23, 36, 57, 72. When I entered the elevator to made my way to Sky Lobby on level 46,  pain...
